Led by acclaimed singer and guitarist Art Alexakis, the Portland, Oregon group has scored several top hits inspired by personal challenges and hardship.
Starting in the 90's, the group has produced such touching hits as, "Father of Mine," "Wonderful," "I Will Buy You A New Life," "Santa Monica," "AM Radio," "Volvo Driving Soccer Moms," and many more.
The group, which formed in 1992, was initially known by other names, such as Colorfinger, but settled on the name Everlcear after the infamous grain alcohol. In an interview, Alexakis reportedly called it "pure, white evil for its deceptive nature."

Howdy! I'm Tina and I'm pleased to meet you. I'm a nurse from the Lone Star State. When I'm not tending to the sick or injured, I drive my Mercury to the stable so I can ride my horse over wide open spaces as far as the eye can see. Baseball is my favorite sport and I just can't resist a piled-high plate of nachos. When it's time for a little fun, you can bet you'll find me playing one of my favorite casino games, baccarat.
