Average White Band is best known for its mega-hit “Pick Up the Pieces,” which climbed the charts to No. 1 in 1974. After that smash single, Average White Band had a series of soul and disco hits over the next few years. The group’s catalog also includes hits “A Love of Your Own” and “Cut The Cake.”

The Grammy-nominated Three Dog Night had 21 consecutive Top 40 hits, including three No. 1 singles: “Mama Told Me (Not To Come)”, “Joy to The World”, and “Black and White.” The band also owns 11 Top 10 records, 18 straight Top 20's, seven million-selling singles and 12 straight Gold LPs. Three Dog Night’s hits have appeared on the pop, rock and country charts.

Cannery Casino Resorts Names Aaron Rosenthal General Manager of Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel

ECanAaronRToday, Cannery Casino Resorts, LLC, welcomes its new general manager of Eastside Cannery Casino & Hotel, Aaron Rosenthal, who will be responsible for all operations and management of the Boulder Highway locals’ casino and hotel.

A University of Las Vegas, Nevada graduate, Rosenthal brings an extensive array of Las Vegas Strip and regional market experience.

Before joining Cannery Casino Resorts, Rosenthal worked with Penn National Gaming Inc., as the assistant general manager at the Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway and served as vice president of marketing at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races in West Virginia.

Rosenthal also worked for MGM Resorts International, holding a range of executive positions in marketing and slot operations at the Mirage and Treasure Island in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi.
